Cancellation Policy

So that I can best serve all my clients, please be advised of these policies effective May 1, 2018:

ARRIVAL TIME

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.   Fifteen minutes late for an appointment is considered a no show.

RESCHEDULING OR CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Rescheduling and cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee.  No shows will be charged for 100% of the service.  This includes gift certificates.
